Cargo Pulse Jam

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 August 2026Last updated: 15 August 2026[email protected]

1. Who We Are

Cargo Pulse Jam is developed and published under the Pomyx name and is operated by Zoltan Pomahazi / Pomyx.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the data controller for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy is Zoltan Pomahazi / Pomyx. Privacy and support contact: [email protected].

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Android application Cargo Pulse Jam, identified by the package name com.pomyx.cargopulsejam.

This Policy describes the App's current data practices as of the Last updated date above. The privacy practices of the Pomyx.net website are covered separately by the general Pomyx.net Privacy Policy.

2. Privacy Overview

Cargo Pulse Jam is designed as an offline-first game. The current version of the App:

  • does not require an account or registration;
  • does not require the player to sign in;
  • does not operate a developer-controlled online player profile or backend;
  • does not provide cloud save or cross-device progression;
  • does not contain an online or global leaderboard;
  • does not contain active advertising;
  • does not use active first-party analytics or behavioural tracking;
  • does not use active first-party crash-reporting services;
  • does not currently offer an active in-app purchase or payment flow.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Cargo Pulse Jam stores limited information locally so that the game can remember settings, progress and local results. This may include:

  • music, sound and haptic settings;
  • volume and preference values;
  • the selected game mode or level required when moving between game scenes;
  • locally stored coins and bonus-item balances;
  • Crane, Undo and Extra Move counts;
  • Campaign reward and progression information;
  • claimed Campaign and Bonus Truck rewards;
  • local Cargo Frenzy scores and gameplay statistics;
  • score, survival time, crate and jam statistics;
  • a locally generated run identifier;
  • a random seed and score-version value;
  • the completion date and time of a local Cargo Frenzy run.

4. Information the App Does Not Request

The current version of Cargo Pulse Jam does not ask the player to provide:

  • a real name;
  • an email address;
  • a phone number;
  • a postal address;
  • an account password;
  • precise or approximate location;
  • contacts;
  • photos or media files;
  • camera access;
  • microphone access;
  • health information;
  • payment-card information;
  • an Advertising ID;
  • a custom player name;
  • an online player profile.

5. Developer-Side Collection and Transmission

The current first-party gameplay implementation does not send locally stored game settings, progress, coins, rewards or local Cargo Frenzy records to a server operated by Pomyx.

Pomyx does not currently operate a player database, account system, cloud-save service, online ranking service, custom gameplay analytics backend or remote player-progression system.

The App is designed to function without a continuous internet connection. The final Android package may contain network-related or billing-related permissions because of included platform or engine components. The presence of a permission does not by itself mean that Pomyx receives the locally stored gameplay data described in this Policy.

6. Advertising, Analytics and Crash Reporting

The current audited version of Cargo Pulse Jam does not have active:

  • advertising or ad delivery;
  • Unity Ads;
  • first-party analytics;
  • Unity Analytics;
  • behavioural profiling;
  • marketing tracking;
  • Firebase Analytics;
  • third-party advertising SDKs;
  • Unity Cloud Diagnostics reporting;
  • third-party crash-reporting services.

7. Unity Technology

Cargo Pulse Jam is built using the Unity game engine. In the version covered by this Privacy Policy, Unity Analytics is not enabled, Unity Ads is not enabled, Unity Cloud Diagnostics reporting is not enabled, Unity Purchasing is not connected to an active purchase flow, and no first-party Unity analytics or advertising events are implemented by Pomyx.

Pomyx does not currently use these Unity services to analyse player behaviour, deliver advertisements or operate online player profiles.

If a Unity service that processes player or device data is enabled in a future version, Pomyx will review and update this Privacy Policy, the Google Play Data safety declaration, and any required in-app disclosures or consent mechanisms before the updated functionality is released.

Information about Unity's own products, services and independent privacy practices is available in Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

8. In-App Purchases and Billing Components

The current version of Cargo Pulse Jam does not provide an active real-money purchase flow.

The project includes Unity Purchasing and Google Play Billing-related components, and the Android package may declare billing or network-related permissions. These components are not currently connected to a live coin shop, premium pack, subscription or other payment feature.

Pomyx does not currently receive payment information through Cargo Pulse Jam.

If purchases, subscriptions or other paid functionality are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety information will be reviewed and updated before those features become available.

If Google Play purchases are introduced in the future, payment information would normally be processed directly by Google Play or another authorised payment provider under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Pomyx would not receive the player's full payment-card details.

9. Google Play

Cargo Pulse Jam is distributed through Google Play.

Google may independently process information related to Google Play account activity, app downloads and installations, device and platform security, store functionality, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and payment activity if paid functionality is introduced.

This independent processing is controlled by Google and is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

The current first-party implementation of Cargo Pulse Jam does not send the locally stored progress, coins, rewards or Cargo Frenzy records described in this Policy to Google as a Pomyx-operated cloud-save or leaderboard service.

10. Support Communications

Cargo Pulse Jam does not collect an email address through the game itself.

If you voluntarily contact Pomyx by email, Pomyx may process your email address, your name if included, the contents of your message, technical details you choose to provide, and screenshots, files or other attachments you send.

This information is used only to respond to your request, provide support, investigate reported technical problems, maintain the security and proper operation of the App, prevent abuse or fraud, establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

The legal basis for this processing may include taking steps at your request, Pomyx's legitimate interest in providing support and maintaining the App, Pomyx's legitimate interest in protecting its systems, users and legal rights, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Support communications are not used for unrelated advertising or marketing without your consent. Please do not include payment-card information, passwords, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in support emails.

11. Data Sharing and Sale

Pomyx does not sell, rent or trade personal data relating to Cargo Pulse Jam players.

Because the current first-party implementation does not transmit local gameplay records to Pomyx, Pomyx does not share those records with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, marketing platforms or social networks.

If you contact Pomyx by email, the information in your message may be processed by the email service provider used to deliver and store the communication.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request from a competent authority, establish, exercise or defend legal claims, investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents, or protect the rights, safety or property of players, Pomyx or others.

12. Data Retention

Local game data normally remains on the device until the player clears the App's storage or data through Android settings, the App provides and the player uses an applicable reset function, the App is uninstalled, or the operating system removes the App's data.

Device backup, restoration or operating-system functionality may affect whether some local data is retained or restored.

Pomyx does not maintain a server-side copy of the local gameplay records described in this Privacy Policy.

Support emails and related personal information are normally retained for up to 24 months after the support case is closed.

Information may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents, establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where an unresolved dispute or legal proceeding requires continued retention.

After the relevant retention period, support information will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.

13. How to Delete Your Game Data

Cargo Pulse Jam does not create an online account, so there is no developer-side player account or server-side player profile to delete.

Local game data can normally be removed by:

  1. opening the Android settings for Cargo Pulse Jam;
  2. selecting the option to clear the App's storage or data; or
  3. uninstalling the App.
  • local progress;
  • settings;
  • coins;
  • bonuses;
  • claimed rewards;
  • tool inventory;
  • local Cargo Frenzy results.

14. Children's Privacy

Cargo Pulse Jam does not provide account registration, chat or social messaging, public player profiles, targeted advertising, or fields asking players to enter a real name, email address or other personal information.

Pomyx does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children through the App's first-party gameplay functionality.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent personal information to Pomyx through a support communication, they may contact Pomyx and request that the information be reviewed or deleted.

The App's target-audience and content declarations are managed separately through Google Play Console and must remain consistent with the App's actual audience and functionality.

If the App is intentionally directed to children in a future version or distribution configuration, Pomyx will review the applicable child-protection requirements and update the App, its disclosures and this Privacy Policy where required.

15. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Pomyx does not use personal data from Cargo Pulse Jam for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, behavioural profiling, credit scoring, targeted advertising or eligibility decisions.

Local gameplay calculations, score calculations, difficulty rules and progression mechanics are game functions. They are not used to make legally significant decisions about an identifiable person.

16. International Processing

The locally stored gameplay information described in this Policy is not transferred by the current first-party implementation to a Pomyx server inside or outside the European Economic Area.

If you contact Pomyx by email, the email service provider and its service partners may process the communication in countries outside your country of residence.

Google, Unity and other independent platform providers may also process information under their own privacy terms and international data-transfer arrangements.

Where Pomyx is responsible for an international transfer of personal data, applicable legal safeguards will be used where required.

17. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal data processed by Pomyx, including the right to request information about the processing, request access to personal data, request correction, request deletion, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, request data portability where applicable, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Because Cargo Pulse Jam does not maintain a developer-side player account or server-side gameplay profile, these rights will generally apply only to information you have voluntarily provided to Pomyx, such as support correspondence.

To exercise an applicable right, contact [email protected]. Pomyx may need to request sufficient information to verify the request and identify the relevant correspondence.

18. Security

Pomyx applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information under its control.

Local gameplay data is stored within the App's device storage and is subject to the security of the Android operating system, the player's device, the player's device settings, and any device backup or restoration services enabled by the player.

Pomyx does not claim that the current local game-save files use separate application-level encryption.

No electronic storage or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Players should protect their devices using appropriate screen locks, software updates and other available security features.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the current data practices of Cargo Pulse Jam as of the effective date shown above.

Pomyx may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality changes, online functionality is introduced, accounts or cloud saving are added, advertising or analytics are introduced, crash reporting is enabled, purchases or subscriptions become available, an online leaderboard is introduced, a third-party service is added or changed, or legal or platform requirements change.

The updated version will be published on the official Cargo Pulse Jam Privacy Policy page with a revised Last updated date.

Material changes affecting data collection, use or sharing will be reflected in the relevant App functionality, Google Play declarations and in-app disclosures before the changed functionality is released.
